1. Introduction
This Legal Policy governs the use of the services, software, and website (collectively "Services") provided by Snaarp. By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by this policy and our Terms of Service. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Compliance: You must use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws, including export control laws. You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services if residing in the USA.
Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse our Services. This includes interfering with our Services, trying to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions provided, or engaging in behaviour prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. User Responsibilities

- -Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees; however, we will give you at least 30 days notice of any fee change before it comes into effect.
7. Account Termination
If you are a resident of the UK or EU, you have the right to:
- -Arbitration: Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its rules. The arbitration will be held in Delaware or any other location we agree upon.
- -Opt-Out Option: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting this agreement.
- -Class Action Waiver: You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis, and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.
8. Dispute Resolution

- -Deletion: Deletion of personal information collected, subject to exceptions.
- -Non-Discrimination: Equal service and pricing, even when exercising CCPA rights.
9. Limitation of Liability
- -No Warranty: Our Services are provided "AS IS". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snaarp disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- -Limitation: To the extent permitted by law, Snaarp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
10. Changes to Services
We may modify or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We will, however, provide reasonable notice if a change will significantly impact your use of the Services.
11. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and Snaarp consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
12. Entire Agreement
This Legal Policy, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Snaarp regarding the Services and supersedes any prior agreements.
